Internship Description
The 10-week Summer Intern Program is designed to provide students a challenging, meaningful, and supportive experience that replicates the experience of being a full-time Wealthspire Associate. Summer Intern orientation offers a thorough overview of the firm and the opportunity to learn from several senior leaders. Following a two-week training, interns are given day-to-day responsibilities and summerlong projects to contribute throughout their time at Wealthspire. The program also includes challenges, mentoring, and philanthropic and networking opportunities. Wealthspire is highly committed to the Summer Intern Program and considers it the primary pipeline for their Associate Program. This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility a few days a week.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of client financial plans
- Participate in portfolio construction projects and client portfolio reviews
- Assist with the reconciliation and review of financial data
- Conduct investment research for clients or firm-wide initiatives
- Assist in the review and allocation of 529 college savings plans
- Research client issues as directed and present data
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (preferred) or an Undergraduate or Graduate Program aligned with CFP with a graduation date before June 2026
- Interest in financial planning and wealth management
- Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative

Human Resources

Internship Description
Lenox is committed to fostering a people-centric workplace that helps you learn and grow as you prepare for life after college. The Human Resource intern will spend 8 weeks aiding with and facilitating the Human Resources processes across all Lenox offices (NY, CT, IL, CA, MA). The Human Resource intern will work on meaningful projects supporting initiatives that are designed to provide exposure to different functions of HR with hands-on experience. The HR intern will be onsite Monday through Thursday at the NYC office location and fully remote on Friday.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits using large data sets
- Runs re-occurring reporting and metrics. Analyzes data to create summary reports and presentations
- Maintains Human Resources Intranet page and prepares communications to post
- Reviews requests for the employee recognition program and creates nominee certificates
- Provides input for employee engagement opportunities and assists in development of onsite engagement activities
- Gain knowledge of and support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in annual review of job descriptions
- Helps in development of Human Resources dashboards utilizing Smartsheet and PowerBI
- Assist with I-9 transition from paper to electronic documentation. Opportunity to learn I-9 compliance and retention best practice

This is a cross-functional role and will give the intern a wide variety of opportunities to work with employees from multiple departments. The data analyst role will be doing significant work leveraging Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools.
Roles/Responsibilities

- Assist with extraction, aggregation, and merging of data
- Help to organize and formalize datasets across multiple departments
