Get inspired this spring! Join us during the months of April and May for the GenHERation® Spring Fireside Chat Series to learn from female leaders, creators, and innovators. These virtual sessions will provide participants with meaningful ways to learn from accomplished experts, develop new skills, and prepare for future career opportunities. Participants will receive a link via email the morning of the scheduled event to join the discussion. Registration is open until 5 PM EST/2 PM PST the day of the session.

About Ana Karina Smith Cain
Ana Karina Smith Cain studied both Communications and Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania, and has a minor in Economics. With more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications, today she helps people and organizations thrive, through her work in emotional wellbeing mentoring and training, and through powerful conversations to bring about change in human systems. She is a HeartMath Trainer, Cornell University Certified Wellness Counselor, and XChange certified Organizational Change Facilitator. She is also the mother of four girls and two cocker spaniels, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Positive Organizational Leadership at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
