The GenHERation^® Connection 2024 connects young women with leaders at the most innovative companies in America during a weeklong experiential learning program. Students have the opportunity to learn from industry experts from more than 50 companies, participate in skill-building simulations, and take part in mentoring sessions with professionals. Students will work in teams on custom-designed challenges, while developing their leadership, creativity, critical thinking, communication, and analytical and problem-solving skills.

Students must be nominated by their schools or a partner organization to participate. Nominated students will receive more details directly from their school or partner organization to confirm their participation in this program.
