Every year, the GenHERation Icon Award recognizes exceptional companies that truly embody our mission of creating life-changing opportunities for students. These are organizations that think BIG and consistently go above and beyond to positively impact the GenHERation community.

The selection process for this year was competitive. We received 20,000+ student nominations from 32 states and 10 countries. Our community cast their votes based on three fundamental criteria that we believe define a truly iconic company: integrity, innovation, and excellence.
