As one of the most recognized brands in America, Capital One is a diversified bank that offers a broad array of financial products and services to consumers, small businesses, and commercial clients. Capital One will be hosting a variety of virtual summits for exceptional college students to develop the collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills valued by today’s top employers.
Summit for Developing Leaders [August 1- 5, 2022]
Dive into what Capital One does daily using the power of teamwork to define real problems and deliver tangible solutions. Develop your consulting, analysis, design thinking, and case study problem solving skills.
Bachelor’s Degree obtained between graduation dates of December 2024-August 2027 is required to be eligible for this program.
Software Engineering Summit [August 1- 5, 2022]
Take part in technical and soft skill training sessions, including iOS, Android, Web Development, Machine Learning, Hardware, and more.
Bachelor’s Degree obtained between graduation dates of December 2024 August 2027 is required to be eligible for this program.
Management and Process Summit [August 2 – 4, 2022]
Meet with and learn from associates who are leading the way in developing innovative processes and solutions that are at the heart of what Capital One does.
Bachelor’s Degree obtained between graduation dates December 2023-August 2024 is required to be eligible for this program.
Commercial Summit [August 2-3, 2022]
Get a behind-the-scenes look into what a career in Commercial Banking means. While with Capital One, you’ll listen to recent graduates and seasoned executives discuss their experiences, lessons learned, and individual accounts of how those experiences shaped their careers along the way.
