Gallagher Leadership Summit
College freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are invited to join the GenHERation® x Gallagher 2026 Leadership Summit. This Summit welcomes students from across the country and consists of two virtual sessions designed to equip students with the tools needed to advance their professional goals. Summit attendees will hear from Gallagher leaders, engage in small group discussions, and participate in a mock interview, while learning about career opportunities at Gallagher.
Summit programming will focus on the following topics:
- Resume Refresh & Interview Insights
- Confident Communication
- Negotiation Navigation
By participating in the GenHERation® x Gallagher 2026 Leadership Summit, students will refine important skills needed to succeed in college and the workforce, including:
- Effective Communication
- Critical and Persuasive Thinking
- Teamwork
- Leadership
- Presentation Skills
- Emotional Intelligence
- Networking
Session 1: Skill-Building Workshops
Date: Friday, September 25, 2026
Time: 1-2 PM EST/10-11 AM PST
Session 2: Mock Interviews
Date: Friday, October 2, 2026
Time: 12-3 PM EST/9 AM-12 PM PST (students are expected to attend one, 30-minute mock interview during this time)
Application Deadline
Applications are due by Friday, September 18, 2026 at 9 PM EST/6 PM PST.
Students will be notified of their acceptance on a rolling basis.
Requirements
- Participants must be college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors
- All majors are welcome, but preferred majors have a focused emphasis on Business, Sales, Finance, Economics, Risk Management & Insurance, and Accounting, etc.
- Participants must be available to attend the entirety of both Summit sessions (total time commitment = 1.5 hours)
