Join us for a virtual fireside chat with Capital One leader, Jennifer Bryant. Jennifer is a Senior Director of Associate Experience in Cyber. During her chat, Jennifer will discuss how leadership can be leveraged to promote organizational engagement, inclusivity, and productivity. Participants will receive a link via email the morning of the scheduled event to join the discussion. Registration is open until 3 PM EST/12 PM PST the day of the session.

About Jennifer Bryant

Jennifer Bryant is a Senior Director of Associate Experience in Cyber at Capital One who leads  associate experience where she focuses on leading the continuous improvement of associate engagement, culture, and overall organizational effectiveness through 4 key areas: enablement, inclusion, engagement, and people leadership. Associate Experience mitigates business risk by elevating a culture that is engaged, inspired, united, and resilient while creating a workplace where Cyber associates feel welcome, supported, and appreciated. In addition to her core role, she serves as co-lead of Empowher, one of the largest Business Resource Groups with over 20K members.

Prior to Capital One, Jennifer retired from the federal government with 31 years of service. From clerk-typist to Executive Director, her 31-year career with the federal government spans many functional areas, including leading teams in business management services, process improvements, and employee engagement in technology-focused organizations. She received various awards in different areas, such as a Presidential Lifetime Achievement,  leadership, customer service, innovation, civil rights, and diversity initiatives. Jennifer’s formal education includes a Master’s of Science Degree in International Affairs, an executive leadership certificate from American University, and two honorary Doctorate awards in leadership and philosophy. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys writing women empowerment books, spending time with her family, supporting several community organizations, programs, and traveling to warm places with beautiful water and palm trees.
