Canada just recently joined the fight against Isis. The country will be sending troops, fighter jets and other resources. It will only send airstrikes against Isis in countries where it has government support. That country, for now, is only Iraq. Turkey also joined the United States-led coalition as the militants continued to fight Kurdish and Iraqi forces on the ground. In September, the U.S promised wide-spread cooperation in the effort against the terror group. Other countries that have joined the fight include Great Britain, France, Qatar, Australia, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and the Netherlands.
