In an effort to showcase a more personal touch to her campaign, hopeful Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has released a Pinterest page, according to the New York Time. Among her boards, she has one about “Women Who Inspire” and “What We’re Fighting For,” two ideas that mesh political ideas well with a popular social media platform. Pinterest, according to the New York Times, is “the latest [social media outlet] to allow her to display a softer side in a safe and controlled format.” Though Clinton has only 55 pins and 1810 followers, perhaps this new platform will renew her image and allow her to display a different side of herself. Follow Clinton on her journeys both on the campaign trail and in becoming a grandmother.
