Health: Measles at the Magic Kingdom

It seems like Disneyland may not always spread only happiness. There has been an outbreak of measles linked to the famous CA theme park; so far 51 people have been linked to this outbreak. Measles is an extremely contagious respiratory disease. It can be spread through air and has an incubation period of 21 days. Health officials have recommended that those younger than 12 months, and those not vaccinated against measles avoid Disneyland, but assure the public that it is safe for those who have been vaccinated. Though measles was supposedly eliminated in 2000, it tends to show up when people are not vaccinated against the disease.
