Politics: Attorney General

President Obama has nominated Loretta Lynch for Attorney General to replace current Attorney General Eric Holder. Lynch has been United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York twice. Obama says he wished that the Senate will vote to confirm his support. If confirmed, she would be the first black female to hold the post. The Senate is scheduled to vote on her appointment at the beginning of next year.
