North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un is taking is first foreign trip since becoming leader. He will be going to Russia. Russia states that he has accepted an invitation to attend World War II anniversary celebrations in May. The ceremony will be commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Union’s Victory of Nazi Germany. A spokesperson for the Russian president confirmed the announcement. President Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron both declined the invitation due to prior engagements.
