Education: Malala’s Impact in the U.S.

When Malala Yousafzai stood up for her education and rights even when threatened by a terrorist group, her bravery impacted those outside of Pakistan. Julia Fine, a high school student in Maryland was inspired by Malala to study politics, gender studies, and social studies.
